House rules

• Accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Hand over your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office. The document will be returned within 24 hours.
• As your hosts, we are here for you for any needed information, help, and remarks during your stay. We will respect your peace and privacy, thus we will not enter your rented accommodation, except with prior notice or in the case of possible damage or danger.
• As far as it is possible for us, we have made our apartments and the environment a safe place. However, we ask you to behave responsibly, because injuries are always possible, and you yourself are responsible for them.
• When you arrive at the apartment, everything in it is at your disposal, and everything is there for you, so please take care of the apartment and be considerate of the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house.
• You have come to rest and relax – you are not forced to clean. However, for your own hygiene, there are cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom cabinet that you can use. Towels, kitchen towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, hand soap – everything is in the apartment in the amount that we, as hosts, consider sufficient for the duration of your stay.
• In order to be sensitive to each other’s needs, we ask you to not make noise between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• The island of Pag has many places where large amounts of alcohol and opiates can be consumed, but this is not allowed here. We want to be a safe place that promotes the health of body and soul for all generations.
• We recycle because we love nature and care about preserving the environment. Therefore, we invite you to join us in this effort. Do not throw trash, cigarettes, and other flammable things in the yard, or food remains in the toilet bowl, sink, and other places that are not intended for this. We will be happy to provide additional bins/garbage bags if you need them.
• Drinking water is precious on the island, especially in the summer months. Therefore, we ask you to use water and electricity sparingly. When leaving the apartment, make sure that all faucets, as well as all lighting, fans, and air conditioning, are turned off.
• Let us know if you will be using the grill, so we can make sure you have all the necessary equipment. Depending on the weather conditions, especially the strength of the wind, we will agree on which type of grill is the wisest to use in order to avoid the risk of fire.
• Notify us immediately of any malfunctions in the installations or devices, as well as damage to the furniture or equipment of the apartment. In addition to malfunctions, we understand that unintentional damage happens. But the intentional destruction and breaking of the furniture and equipment of the apartment will result in forced eviction of the accommodation unit and compensation for the damage.
• As hosts, we follow the golden rule: “Whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them!” We welcome you with this attitude, and we will treat you with this attitude. Please respect us by giving back in equal measure.
