The taxpayer (owner) is not in the VAT system.
Minimum night stay: 3
To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost.
The reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before arrival with a 100% refund of the advance payment. For later cancellation, the advance payment is not returned.
Payment, reduced by the amount of the deposit, is on arrival at the apartment.
Arrival outside the summer season (from October to May) needs to be announced at least 7 days in advance.
