- To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost.
- The reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before arrival with a 100% refund of the advance payment. For later cancellation, the advance payment is not returned.
- Payment, reduced by the amount of the deposit, is on arrival at the apartment.
- Arrival outside the summer season (from October to May) needs to be announced at least 7 days in advance.
