Handling of your personal data

We are obliged to inform you that according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), when booking and arriving at our accommodation facility, you agree to provide your identity documents or personal data (name and surname, type and number of identification document, gender, country and address of residence, citizenship, and date of birth) for the purpose of registration in the information system of tourist boards of the Republic of Croatia for registration and de-registration of tourists – eVisitor (Act on residence tax NN 152/08).

The content of your personal data is collected for the purpose of statistical processing of data and is intended exclusively for tourist boards, public institutions, and ministries whose activities affect this process (Ministry of Tourism – Tourist Inspection, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Ministry of Finance – Customs Administration).

Any unauthorized use, publication, processing, reproduction, display, transmission, distribution, recording, or any other form of unauthorized use of your data is strictly prohibited.

You can send a complaint or objection related to the processing of your personal data to the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data at the e-mail address azop@azop.hr.
